Philippe Cesson

 

Philippe Cesson is a Generation Xer (born between the years of 1965 and 1980) who began his life on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, in the heart of the French Riviera. After beginning his career in Paris and London, the lure of the American entrepreneurial spirit led him to California and American Citizenship. At Pinkerton, DirecTV, Adexa, and Vistage International, Philippe honed a talent for designing, engineering, and implementing marketing strategies that yielded impressive returns on investment. His expertise revolutionized concepts in call centers, direct marketing programs, marketing research, innovative direct response techniques, e-commerce, and online marketing.

Currently, Philippe Cesson is the President of CESSON 3.0, a full-service marketing and training agency, headquartered in San Diego with an office in New York City that focuses on bringing small to midsized companies into the Social Networking and the Intergenerational Divide (SN/ID) worlds. Philippe also travels the world as a keynote speaker for major international conferences where he entertains large audiences on how to harness Marketing 3.0 and Social networking to grow businesses and also bridging the generational divide in the workplace.

Philippe holds several French and European degrees in Marketing and Management, as well as an MBA from the University of Dallas in Human Resource Management, where he sat on the National Alumni Board. He is also the former President of the San Diego French American Chamber of Commerce and a proud Rotarian.


Philippe equally enjoys attending black tie affairs and late night after parties. When he is not traveling the world and operating his companies, you might find him on his motorcycle cruising through a remote desert in Baja.




Howard Caplan

 

Howard specializes in Corporate Communications and has put his skills to work for some of the largest, best-known companies, including Ernst & Young; Deloitte & Touche; E! Entertainment; Cushman & Wakefield; The Walt Disney Company; Boeing; and Countrywide Financial Corporation and most recently DLA Piper, a leading international law firm. Whether running a communications department, drafting proposals, or simply writing corporate profiles or press releases, Howard knows how critical the proper use of the language is. Most people can write grammatically correct sentences, but few can really communicate a message or a brand with words.


Howard has been with CESSON 3.0 since its creation and valiantly guards the integrity of the written words.


Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts, English and Sociology from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.




Brian Choi

 

Brian Choi is a graphic designer who graduated from the Art Institute of California - San Diego in 2006. He was professionally trained in doing graphic design including publication layout, brand identity, typography, image manipulation and web design/development. He was graduated as an honor student with a competitive portfolio. In addition, he also has in-depth knowledge in social media, creating Facebook page, Twitter page and social networking strategies consultation.


Brian was born and raised in Hong Kong and was later moved to San Diego to pursuit with his design career. Having the opportunity to experience life in both Eastern and Western cultures, he developed a unique creative vision and his own design philosophy, Beware. Conceive. Design. With the integration of his philosophy with his creations, he is able to execute unique and exceptional result.


Currently, Brian had joined with Cesson 3.0 to further utilize his skills and expertise to help clients and to provide top notch graphic/web design service and social media development.
